Wolf’s Den Amersfoort Zoo

Amersfoort Zoo has been expanded with ‘Het Woud’, a section where visitors can be amongst the animals. The contractor used steel sheet piling to build an underground den that can be reached through concrete pipe. This is where visitors can come face to face with the wolves. Steel sheet piling was also used to build an underground construction for the badger set.
